You may have seen plenty of job offering ads in newspapers and classifieds websites. But it seems rarely about the jobs inside the aviation industry of India. There are many websites advertising about jobs in aviation industry but it’s not from our country. Even if there are some, that post may require 5 -10 years of experience. In this situation if you are an AME fresher or got only 1-2 years experience, what will you do? This is a big situation that is faced by plenty of AME students all over India. This condition can only be rectified only through experience. In order to get his experience you need to work in the aviation industry. Who will take you inside the industry without enough experience or qualification without meeting the eligibility criteria? So you need to think about it, if you want to continue or not. If you wish to continue, you need to gain experience.
Now about advertisements in news papers it’s hard to figure out. Aviation companies may not give any advertisements in newspapers and all; incase if there is any man power requirements they fill those vacancies with there own people who pays to them or favoring to them. Otherwise there will be back doors, or black hands that play the role of an agent who deliver job with paying money. This is not happening every time, but the right people, who deserve the jobs not getting the job.
