AME is Now Degree Course

AME students can now avail degree under “SINGHANIA UNIVERSITY “ established by govt of Rajesthan & Recognized as per section 2f of UGC Act 1956. So that this AME will be consider as Bsc AME and B tech Aeronautical Engineering.

This Degree is appreciated for the consideration of AME students who were imparted the training programs conducted in 77 approved AME schools. These training programs were conducted in accordance with CAR Sec2 Series E Part VIII. The requested letter and the contents reviewed in depth in Board of studies and senate meeting, regarding curriculum and framed rules for the Examinations and the quality of Training Audit. The degrees awarded by this university will be honored for the higher education and job opportunities at par with the other universities approved under UGC Act.

BSc Aircraft Maintenance Engineering

Eligible Criteria:

• Completion of 5 semesters from Director General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India, Approved Schools.

• The Sixth Semester Examination will be conducted online as Bridge Course and the qualified candidates will be awarded with degree in BSc Aircraft Maintenance Engineering

B Tech Aeronautical Engineering

Eligible Criteria:

·     Approved course of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering    (3Years)

·     BSc Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (3Yrs.) awarded by SU

·     Passed Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Certificate (BAMEC) with one of the following streams:

·     Avionic Stream:

a)   Electrical Systems (ES)

b)   Instruments systems (IS)

c)   Radio Navigation Systems (R & N)

·     Mechanical Stream (Aeroplane & Power Plants):

a)   Light Aeroplane(LA)

b)   Piston Engine(PE)

c)   Heavy Aeroplane(HA)

d)   Jet Engine(JE)

·     Mechanical Stream (Helicopters & Power Plant)

a)   Rotor Wing Aircraft (RA)

b)   Piston Engine (PE)

c)      Jet Engine (JE)

·     The fourth year examination will be conducted online as a Bridge Course and the qualified candidate will be awarded with BTech in Aeronautical Engineering respectively.
