It’s not right to discuss about the salary things here. However I got some queries regarding this. So I wish to say some examples. Recently one of my senior staff got a call from CIAL MRO for the job of Technician. They already conducted the interview but dint talked about the salary things. Then offered him 25, 000 Rs. during jobless time and when contract jobs comes they will pay around 45,000 Rs. He is not having any license papers but have more then 12 years experience in heavy aircraft Airbus 320, Boeing 777 etc.
In another case, there are some AME trainees who getting minimum payment around 3500 to 18, 500 in different airlines like Jet Airways, Kingfisher etc. they are less experienced, so that the payment will be less during the training periods. When they get more experience and efficient to for the jobs, the organizations will provide them with high salaries. Also in some cases, the trainees are not even get stipend for the jobs they re doing. This is a poor condition for them; however they are struggling to get some experience from the industry.
