Like Air India, some organizations are asking for Dgca AME license papers to get OJT in there. But some institutions, some aviation training organizations not much worry about the clearance of AME license papers. They look only how much money you can pay to them for the training. If you are ready to pay, then they will provide you with on job training.
In where you’re studying AME course, itself may provide you with On job training will not ask for any license papers. You can continue the training with the AME course, to complete it successfully. Students who are wish to study in reputed organizations like air India, spice jet etc are required to have at least two license papers.
