After getting call letter from airlines operating inside the airport, you need to apply for an Airport Entry Pass. This can be applied immediately after obtaining the call letter through Bureau of civil aviation safety department.
Here its given a sample airport entry pass that is valid only for one month. After the expiry date, we can renew the pass from the authority concerned. The pass will contain necessary information about the trainee student or employee who is working inside the airfield or airport. First thing include the Full name and a passport size photograph, where he/she working, occupation/designation, address etc. It will be written where is the specific area he/she dealing with like terminal or Apron side etc. The validity period will be mentioned with the seal from Airport Director. In bottom line there will be date of issue of the pass, signature of the issuing Authority. Signature accompanies with the seal of the authority.
Please note that, once if you lost the pass, immediately inform the issuing officer or concerned airport police control room to avoid misuse of it. This is clearly written above of the pass in red wit caution.
