Hate AME OJT in CIAL Airindia Express

After paying so much money I have completed the AME course. But for the OJT I suffered a lot. Finally I got in CIAL Airport Air India Express as on job trainee with some recommendations. I was so happy that time, since I can do the training in heavy live aircrafts and also inside the airport. We were 20 candidates selected as trainees after the interview conducted out of 45.

These 20 students again split into two batches and given two shifts, as morning and evening. Morning time will be from 6 Am to 1 Pm and evening time from 2pm to 9pm. Initially I took morning shift so that i can be free afternoon, but later it changed by the authority to evening.Since I was doing part time job and classes, it was difficult for me. However i tried to manage that. The training was very boring and there is no one to care us. We just go and come, sometime even pass the time with no jobs at all. Usually we sit idle in our training room. If work is there someone will let us know and we will go to the aircraft and simply observe what the engineers doing. If we have doubts we can ask them, and they will clarify it. However, they are not much worried about us. One day, one guy told us that, "There is no problem if you’re not coming for the training. But if you come here, don’t create any problems. If you don’t come also you will get the certificates after six months" This is really crap that we paid around 30,000 Rs. and just for getting training certificate?
