AME Students not getting other Jobs in Aviation

When AISATS (Air India sats) conducted interview for the post of ground staff, my friend went for it. The interview was in New Delhi. He went two days early and attend the interview. The interviewer asked him to introduce, and when he mentioned about AME course he, the interviewer said "ok you can go now", this was shocking because they didn’t ask anymore questions since he did AME course. They don’t want a person who did a professional course, and they think that at anytime AMEs will quit the job when they get suitable jobs in other organizations. AME freshers don’t get job easily since they don’t have much experience in the aviation industry. So they need to undergo training. Today training is costing some amount of money, so that people are not interested to spend money again for that. That’s the reason they are looking for other jobs within the aviation industry itself, at least they could say they are inside the aviation field. But when applying for other aviation jobs, they are not considering the AMEs, because of the reasons I mentioned above.
